|Overtake Summon|||Spell Card|Spell||Discard 1 card; Special Summon 1 monster from your opponent's hand to their side of the field, then your opponent cannot conduct their Normal Summon/Set during their next turn. you can only activate this card if there no monsters on the field. You can only activate 1 "Overtake Summon" per turn.|

I don't see the point in the restriction. A 2nd one seems more beneficial to your opponent for me.
