Wind Tribute Summon Loop

Summon Ascension
SS Tornadius from Hand
Ascension Effect, bounce either to hand
Tribute Summon Skeletal Bird, (optional) bounce all backrows.
End Phase, return Ascension/Tornadius to your hand.
Repeat using Ascension and existing Skeletal Bird. A bit of protection helps. Mix in some Ultimate Tornado's for a bit of extra firepower, swarming or retrieval of combo pieces. Try to keep the original Skeletal Bird around for backrow disruption.
