this one seem not bad, although it may need the "If this card is destroyed, destroy the equipped monster." instead of that last line.

Call of Duty

Both players Special Summon 2 cards with 2000 or lower ATK from their Deck. You cannot Normal, Synchro, Xyz, Tribute, or Fusion Summon this turn. The summoned monster’s effects are negated. During the End Phase, return all monsters on the Field to the owner’s Hand and pay Life Points equal to the amount of monsters returned to the Hand x200.

basically the correct way of writing this would be. "Both players Special Summon 2 monsters with 2000 or lower ATK from their Deck that can be Normal Summoned and their effect(s) is negated. You cannot Summon a monster this turn except by this card's effect. During the End Phase: Return all monsters on the field to the hands, then inflict 200 damage to both players for each of their monsters returned to their hands."

Battlefield
Field Spell Card
All monsters on the field gain 800 ATK. As long as this card remains face-up on the Field, both players must conduct their Battle Phase. When a monster is destroyed by battle, the owner can Special Summon 1 monster with a Level lower that the destroyed monster.

not sure this improve either side's condition but it increase the rate of ending the game a lot faster and it didn't regard where the monster is Special Summoned.
