Cards for Review, Stranger. New cards indeed.

I forget the new OCG for cards, so feel free to help/correct/sodomize me for the way I put them.
Kua Baal
Level 4
FIRE
ATK/1600
DEF/1550
[Insect/Effect]
This card is also treated as a WATER Monster. When this card is sent to the hand by a Trap Card, banish it instead. When this card is banished, select 1 other Banished card and return it to your deck. As long as this card is face-up on either side of the field, your opponent cannot conduct their Main Phase 2. During your Main Phase 1, the owner of this card can transfer control of this card to their opponent.
Netheressence Priestess
Level 4
WIND
ATK/1400
DEF/1300
[Spellcaster/Effect]
This card cannot be returned to the hand by the opponent. During your Standby Phase, you can pay 600 Life Points; as long as this card remains face-up on the field, all face-up monsters on the field are not treated as Tuner Monsters. When you successfully Fusion Summon a Fusion Monster, you can tribute this card to draw 2 cards.
Mantis Bear
Level 4
EARTH
ATK/2400
DEF/0
[Insect/Effect]
This card is also treated as Beast-type. As long as this card is in face-up Attack position on your side of the field, no other monsters except this card can attack during your Battle Phase.
Nimuratian Halcyon
Spell
Normal
For the remainder of the duel after this card's activation, if either player has no cards in their deck, during their Draw Phase they must roll a die. If the result is not 1, they can skip their Draw Phase (the player can still lose the duel if forced to draw by a card effect).

DEF/250
[Plant/Effect]
As long as this card remains face-up on the field, all Level 1 monsters on either side of the field can attack twice during your Battle Phase. Level 1 Monsters whose ATK is 1000 or higher are excluded.

Hmmm what a weird card
The trap card effect would likely come from Twisters of the Deathnether? And I don't really understand the deck-fattening and control-giving effects of this card, or what this combos with. But being WATER is always nice 
Hmm another odd card.. Standby Phase of all phases, well the usefulness of that will depend on how big Xyz's make it here over synchros. The fusion effect is fun.
Vewwy interesting, a beatstick for non-beatdown decks XD
Oh mai, a daredevil card >D It's a cool idea but we don't really have much that can take advantage of this kind of card, for the most part atm, when you stop drawing your advantage wanes. So this would need some support cards to go along with it IMO. Also i really need to look up "Halcyon" in the dictionary.

Hmmm what a weird card
The trap card effect would likely come from Twisters of the Deathnether? And I don't really understand the deck-fattening and control-giving effects of this card, or what this combos with. But being WATER is always nice Netheressence Priestess
