Renegade Cards?
Renegade Battleground
Field Spell
Once per turn you can Special Summon one "Renegade Token" (Psychic-Type/Earth/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0). "Renegade Token" cards are Tuners, and their Levels are increased by 1 for each card in your hand. If a "Renegade Token" is destroyed by battle, Special Summon 1 "Renegade" monster from your Graveyard.
Renegade Warrior
Level 3/Earth
Psyhcic/Effect
This cards ATK is increased by 500 for each "Renegade Token" on your side of the field. If your opponent selects a "Renegade" monster as an attack target while this card is Face-up on the field, you can change the attack target to another "Renegade" card you control.

You can use 3 "Renegade Token"s for this cards Tribute Summon, if so this card gains the following effect: Once per turn you can destroy one face-up "Renegade Token" to send one "Renegade" monster from your Deck to the Graveyard.

If your opponent activates the effect of a card while this card is face-up on the field, destroy one "Renegade Token" to negate the effect of the activated card. This card can attack your opponent directly on a turn you did not Special Summon a "Renegade Token".

I noticed one problem with this card, and that is, you basically can put it in every deck and never have to worry about tuners unless you are Synchroing for something specific.
Like Zombies and Mezzo. Once per turn, you can get a Synchro Monster because of this free tuner. 1pT Tokens as Tuners isn't a very good idea if it's any Synchro monster, generally.
The Synchro base we have here may not have cards like Brionac Hyper Librarian, but I think that it might cause a Synchro Ramp too well.
With the other Renegades though, they work fine, it's just choosing to use them as cost payments for effects over synchro summons is very far in between.

But do we really want a card that can churn out a token every turn for tributes or other things? Tuner or not, they can still be used for synchro summons. And field spells are very searchable anyway.

I'm not sure if "Synchro tokens" are as bad as they appear to be. Sure, being able to synchro rapidly means pumping out a ton of synchro monsters quickly, but when I think about it, that's a very destructive and powerful strategy in the TCG because they have Black Rose Dragon, Brionac (and used to have Goyo and Trishula oh god), Stardust Dragon, Catastor and for Blackwings, Armor Master and Armed Wing. Being able to shoot out a synchro every turn was game-winning because of how effective said synchros were in many numbers, and how a game can be effectively won with 2 Stardust Dragons and 1 Brionac. Here though, since most of the Generic Synchros don't have the rampant protection or destructive potential as the TCG Synchros, whether a token can be tributed or used in Synchros/Xyzs should matter only depending on how high it's level is or how effective it is in getting the tokens out.
This card, being able to create a token every turn, is problematic, mostly because it's levels can be modified by the cards in your hand and one can be made every single turn.
There are different ways to go about this, similar to Scapegoat or Dandylion.
Let it be known though, that Jam Breeding Machine is probably one of the worst examples to use for justifying 1PT Token creation due to it's absolutely brutal nature of restricting almost every method of summoning and playing heavily against you for almost no gain at all.
