Sea-Bound Coelacanth

When this card is destroyed, and while it remains in the Graveyard, during each of your Standby Phases, view the top 2 cards on your Deck and Special Summon any "Sea-Bound Lemming" or "Sea-Bound Dogfish" among them. Return any other cards to the top of your Deck in any order.

Continuous Spell Card
Decrease any damage you take or any Life Point Costs you pay by 500.

Scythian Overlord
Warrior - Xyz / FIRE / Rank 9 / 3000 / 2800
2 Level 9 Monsters
This card is unaffected by the first Spell or Trap card that your opponent activates each turn. You can detatch 1 Xyz Material from this card: Select 1 Level 3 or lower Monster on the field: That Monster can attack directly and cannot be destroyed in battle.

Rock - Xyz / DARK / Rank 5 / 2100 / 2200
2 Level 5 DARK Monsters
You can detatch 1 Xyz Material from this card: Special Summon 1 Monster from either player's Banished Zone to either player's side of the field. Its ATK is halved.

Cosmic Wave
Quick-Play Spell
Return any Spell or Trap cards to their owner's Graveyards, and gain 300 Life Points for each. When a monster declares an attack, you can banish this card from your Graveyard: Negate the attack.

Volcano Summit Ice Ravager
Dinosaur / FIRE / Level 8 / 2800 / 1400
This card is also treated as a WATER monster. This card cannot be Special Summoned. When the opponent activates a Spell Card, target 1 Card on the field, except the Spell Card; Destroy it. When the opponent activates a Trap Card, they must banish 1 card in their hand. When the opponent activates a Monster Effect, destroy all monsters you control, then Special Summon 1 Monster from your Graveyard. It cannot attack this turn.

Jello Wall needs some kind of clause of not being able to control X ammount, reducing all damage by 1500 is too much. And you make Burn immpossible to play.

Cosmic Wave where are the S/T's coming from and going? Also talk about potenial 3000+ Lp regain.

How bout dat?

Cosmic wave returns from banished pile, my bad. And I disagree, S/T cards are harder to banish than monsters so getting 10+ would be mighty difficult.
