Supreme Decision
Group: Spell Card
Type: Spell
Pick up the top 4 cards from your deck. Select and add 1 "Supreme" monster to your hand. Send the rest of the cards to the Graveyard. If you picked up no "Supreme" monsters, add the cards back to your deck then draw 1 card.

Ask yourself, "Why would you use this card in a non-supreme deck?"

The answer is that last effect. If there are no Supreme monsters in your deck, this card's effect is:
Supreme Decision
Group: Spell Card
Type: Spell
Shuffle your deck. Then, draw 1 card.

For inconsistent decks, this card is god's gift. It allows you to thin your deck for good draws, while never being a dead draw.

I let this card go as it is because there aren't many cards that can take advantage of this yet (at least in my experience). Maybe the Shock archetype, but it isn't anything major.

Escrocs can use this card to get 3 more shots at grabbing a Refueling.

If you don't get it then it thins your deck - and you can only run so much refueling.

You need 2 Refuelings in your hand and Peintre in your Deck to pull off the OTK, and that's taking any resistance into account.
