When an “Assault Dragon” monster attacked a monster, it gains 500 ATK during the battle and your opponent cannot activate card effects until the end of the battle. Spell Card
Discard 1 card. Send 1 Dinosaur-type monster from your deck to the graveyard, and then add 1 “Assault Dragon” from your deck to your hand.
- Spoiler:
- The Assault Dragons are an archetype of Dinosaur-type monsters with varying levels and attributes that focused on tribute summoning, using monsters as fodder for card effects, and battle phase advantage(attacks, damage, high ATK). The mechanical dinosaurs are made to be really consistent, with 3 kinds of searchers to provide the best opening hand as often as possible, since the main problem of tribute based decks is usually consistency. They starts off slow, but the further the game is, the stronger they become. Their field prevents a lot of thing from interfering them, and they have a pseudo lance in the form of a hand trap.
Lore
- Spoiler:
- Long before the recorded history, there lived a group of highly intelligent dinosaurs. They was feared as the ultimate predator by other life forms, ruling the world from the top of the food chain. When the world is bombarded by insterstellar masses, they decided to seal themselves deep down underground. Eons later, they were awakened when a war erupted near their resting place. Disgruntled, they immediately devastate both sides in the war, while they took information of the technology of the current era. Now, they are determined to once again, stand triumphant above all life on the world, becoming the ultimate life form by continuously adapting and evolving against any kinds of threat.
