Fallen Soldier Alternative

I guess fallen soldier is losing popularity, so here's another foolish burial-esque card

Pain Cycle (Better name possible)
Normal Spell Card
Activate one of the following effects:
* Your opponent selects 1 card in your Graveyard. Return it to your deck. Then, send 1 Monster from your deck to your Graveyard.
* Activate only if there is a "Pain Cycle" in your Graveyard. Return it to your deck and send 1 Monster from your deck to your graveyard.
