Name-Witch of Misery

Def-1500
Effect-Once per turn you can discard 1 Spellcastor-Type monster from your hand to the Graveyard. If you do incress this cards attack by 100x the level of the discarded monster until the end phase of your opponents turn.
Name-Witch of Mystery

Def-1400
Effect-Once per turn you can reveal 2 Spellcastor-Type monsters in your hand and select 1 set card on the field and return that card to the owners hand. If the returned card was a Spell card this card gains 1000 attack until the end phase of the opponents turn.

You can only control 1 face-up "Bloody Serenade".
Name-The Witches Spellbook
Normal Spell
Effect-Select 1 face-up Spellcastor-type monster and it gains 800 atk untill the end of the opponents turn. When this card is revealed by the effect of a Spellcastor-Type monster you may reveal your hand and inflict 300 damage to your opponents life points for every Spell card in your hand.

Effect-Once per turn you can reveal any number of Spell cards in your hand and this card gains 400 atk for each card revealed until the End Phase of this turn. When this card destroys an opponents monster by battle you can draw 1 card.

Unless there are spellcasters that are good in the grave, this is kinda weak.

Reminded me of Hitchikers' guide to the galaxy. But this would probably benefit as a Quick-Play more.

Brokes. We already have Spell Search, and usually tutors for broad categories shouldn't be this easy.

What if Bell tone meeting was a normal spell what then? as for spell versions of deck searching monsters we dont already have a ROTA for spellcastors. Spelllcastors also have some of the least Senergy out of any deck type so that is why I made this.

spell search is a -1 rota for spellcasters though, which is arguably more fair than a +/- 0 deck searcher

Yeah, I agree that spellcasters have little synergy but I don't think this is the answer, for the same reason Rekindling wasn't the answer for FIRE decks.
Maybe if you made it a Trap card, and something like "Banish 2 Spellcaster-Type monsters from your Graveyard. Add 1 Level 4 or lower Spellcaster from your deck to your hand."
You'd probably have a more creative cost or condition, but whatevs.

main concern right now is Witch of Skulls and Spellbook
keeper of the arsenal + skull is just too much imo, and normal summoning it still gives you a +, while discarding dead spells and setting the grave so you can use them when you need them. and beingle vel 4 means that you can xyz away easily with arsenal.
andsp ellbook is better as a quick-play imo.
