This card have potentials to revive boss monsters in your grave if the effect is successful and when it is destroyed by battle it compensate you with a winged-beast of 1500 ATK or lower hmm... though there ways to dodge the second's effect but for first effect kinda iffy about it.

Phoenix of the Green Flame

1100/1350
[Winged-Beast/Effect] When this card is destroyed by battle, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the total combined ATK of all monsters your opponent controls.

This can cause massive burn in mid-late game against decks that swarms :S may need some play tests for both.

As much as I love the first effect, its more than likely broken. Second effect is fine with me.
