Also Soup, how do you Synchro Summon Cloud Silverdawn Dragon, Starlight -Zero-, Awakened Silverlight Dragon, Grand Star -Eternal-, Ending Silverdusk Dragon, Supernova -Infinity-?

What is the strategy or deckbuild they are intending to be?

Same as Shooting Star Dragon. Any deck that can summon LCCG's equivalent to Formula Synchron can make it. Though I'll fix it so you can't jump into Infinite in one turn.

Making them 3 levels apart will suffice, allowing room for consistency's sake.

Ah, just realized striking is not a tuner.

Well then, Change the ATK of first one to 0, DEF to 2500 and the level to 6.

Second one is changed into level 9, 3000/3000.

Third one is still the same.

Volcanic Cannon Creates an infinite loop if Fire Replacement is added from the Graveyard to the hand while another Volcanic Cannon is in the deck and one other FIRE Monster is under your control.

I'm guessing that this would fix it:

|Volcanic Cannon|0|CTRN|Pyro/Effect|Fire|4||1800|1700|This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, if you control another face-up Pyro-type monster this card is treated as an Effect Monster with this effect: Once per Turn; you can discard 1 card from your hand: add one Spell card that targets FIRE or Pyro-type monsters from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand. It cannot be activated this turn.|

BALANCE:

Purification Code-Rock Cannon - broken, a chainable +1 that also banishes.
Rock Cannon / Dread Scythe - Isn't that "as long as this card is in the graveyard" effect a bit much?

Purification Code-BGS and STR - Major OTK potential

Dance of Bird and Beasts - Lava Winged Icarus and Xyz engine.

Everest, the Ice Kaiser - I thought we said no Cold Wave.

Meat Grinder - Underpowered, 5 cards is a crazy cost, consider cutting down to 2?

RULINGS:

Exoskeleton Eater - Needs Materials.

Celestial Heaven - Change Flipped Face-up to Flip Summon


Dimension Cell - Do you look at the cards after the 2nd standby phase? (If not then how is it any different than a delayed "draw 1 card"?)

Catalyst - Does this include Costs too?

Not to start an argument here but doesn't it says that you target 1 of the FACEDOWN cards banished by Cell? If so it would be in your view when you add to your hand anyways so the other cards get shuffled without you knowing what they were originally. So in other words to shorten it: No you would not look at them.

You're right, it just seemed weird to me that you'd go through all that trouble to basically draw a card.

Now it's kind of underpowered. Make it able to hit multiple S/Ts while not having them to be allowed to chain to its effect would be nice.
