LCCG Cardmaking Contest March 2013 Edition Review Thread Empty LCCG Cardmaking Contest March 2013 Edition Review Thread

Post by EMSOUP Fri Mar 22, 2013 5:02 pm

This thread is about the review session of this: https://lccg.forumotion.com/t1687-lccg-cardmaking-competition-march-2013-version contest.

Rule for Review:
1. Review format is:
-Theme Review + 1 to 10 rating for these categories: Creativity, Personal Opinion
-Individual cards review + 1 to 10 rating for each cards for these categories: Balance, Usability, Interaction, and Creativity
-Deck Review + 1 to 10 rating for these categories: Usability and Creativity
-Overall review + 1 to 10 rating for these categories: Balance, Usability, Personal Opinion.
Then, add the final score for that person. The final score per person is the average of all the scores above.

Score Guideline:
1 is Ultimite Dragon God Tier of crappyness
2-4 is meh
5-6 is average, should be better
7-8 is good, but can be better
9 is great
10 is the pinnacle of card design.

Spoiler the review for each person, and you must quote the post that you're reviewing.

2. Review Session will be closed on 14th April, the result will be announced on the 16th of April.

3. Any Member of LCCG can join the reviewing session, but the participants is obliged to. And atleast there must be 2 review for each submission, if on the deadline its not fulffilled, the deadline will be extended. And at least each participant must review 2 submissions.

4. Each card must be reviewed. every single one.

5. Deck review can be done either by testing, OR by theory.

6. Yes, there's a personal opinion category there. Use it well.

7. It's better if you write your thought on why you rated it that way. not mandatory though. Except for lower rating than 7, it's mandatory.

That's all that I can remember to write now.

This thread is now open for the reviews. Questions better be posted via PM.

I don't really know how to rate for "Personal Opinion" or how to rate differently for Theme and Overall creativity.

Removed overall creativity since its stacks with theme creativity. personal opinion is personal opinion. and major update on OP with a new deadline and several added guidelines. please read the OP, it'll save lives.

Rotten Egg of Regeneration, Lab Research Sarcophagus, Pelagic Zone (all recieved same score)
