So, Divine-Beasts
Since deciding what is fair, or who gets what, and all related to the beastliest of the beasts, what is the verdict on Divine-Beast monsters, are they not something the LCCG covers or is the Divine-Beast archetype reserved for only the most important cards, or not to be used at all?
Re: So, Divine-Beasts
I try to stay away from that kind of stuff. Unless you want to reinvent them in some form for the LCCG. I don't mind the mythological aspect so much as the fact that they're supposed to be God cards with ridiculous effects and such. So I guess it's fine if they're not based on their TCG/OCG counterparts.

Well we could make such cards and say they are banned, and if people want to go nuts and duel god cards they can

Re: So, Divine-Beasts
we've discussed the possibilities of introducing divine-beast/divine cards and eventually decided that the inability to search for them in yvd means it would be impractical, and it would be much simpler if they were retooled to other suitable types.
i am still open to the possibility though, and if there is strong enough backing for them, divine/divine-beasts may be allowed, but only if they are focused on being a playable type and not a small group of cards intended as "god cards".

Well there only 1 bit impractical Divine monster in LCCG and it's Messiah that I've created. but I guess it be ok if it once in a long while or so.

._.
i swear you do shit like this on purpose scheath.
we don't allow divines (at the moment) but you submit one anyway. this is why there should be more than 1 person looking through submissions, so that stuff like that doesn't slip through.

Re: So, Divine-Beasts
therefore they were presented openly prepared to be accepted or rejected so and it SHOULD have been rejected right there if it was the case, although this come to light for me after a long while from ACRD set. by a long while meaning "now" thanks to DH bringing up for discussion O.o

Re: So, Divine-Beasts
like i said, 1 person checking submissions = stuff gets missed.
it was a 200 card set ffs. and when i said i did have a problem with messiah's effect in the first place, you threw a huge fucking fit and withdrew your cards. everytime i do reject a card of yours, it's the same reaction. :/

Re: So, Divine-Beasts
Actually I didn't know about it AFTER the set was finished and therefore it left me in confusion. wouldn't the withdrawing thing contradict of the set being closed? There were 2 Effects mixed in, there was one that didn't have the last effect and the other one has the last effect. how Confusion is a fit?

Re: So, Divine-Beasts
during submissions, you submitted version1 of messiah, i pointed out it was broke because it would allow you to drop spirit fusions from the extra deck for free.
you complained, threw a hissy fit and withdrew your cards. that's how we ended up with version 2, that you agreed to.

Re: So, Divine-Beasts
I wouldn't mind if Divine Beasts were reserved for a later LATER set.
Just so they don't suffer from "type-based clusterfuck strategy" where almost none of them work with each other.

As long as they do better than TCG's Psychic type.
