Insta-SS of anything in your winged beast deck with 1700 or less ATK is usually a bad idea. It's like Grimro on Steroids. Second effect is alright. "Irogo" is it from somewhere?

Then decrease this card's ATK by the same number of cards destroyed by this effect x200. During each Standby Phase, increase this card's ATK by 200. Once per turn, you can select 1 Winged Beast-type monster in your Graveyard and return it to your Hand. When it is Summoned, increase it's ATK by 400.
Dat backrow clearer is nice. Effect is fair. I especially like the last effect, but it may be hard to keep track of what you returned.

A good summoner, good for bringing out that big stuff. Somehow though when i think "Crimson" i think FIRE, but that's just me...

Special Summon 1 Level-4 or lower Winged Beast-type monster from your Deck. It gains 300 ATK. During the End Phase, return it to your Deck.
Again, free SS-whatever from deck with no restrictions on the monster is not a good idea.

Discard 1 card and add it to your Hand. -Select 1 Psychic-type monster you control. return it to your Hand and return 1 card on the Field to the top of the owner's Deck.
Hmm. That first effect is no doubt useful, but the second effect would be truly awesome in Psychics. It can make a strong lockdown if your opponent is short on options, but let's wait and see if that presents a problem
