✓ Ice Spirit, Shiva of the Frozen World no longer needs tributes and can lock down the field in turn one.
✓ Enma, Judge of Souls can now destroy face-down cards it specifies with it's effect with no Tributes required.

for a moment then i thought shiva still turnlocked and almost shat my pants

it's all ok now though, seems like it would be a nice fit for a few ideas.

you almost made me shit my pant you know O.o

Though Shiva is no longer a turn lock as well this wouldn't work on her because she only permitted to get on the field through triple tributes. unless this overrule "can only" in her effect then I'd be wrong.

Ah nevermind I see the new edit. Shiva remains normal.
