I like them, but I find Beat of Hallowed Burden rather underpowered and would rise the level of Cybernetic Ucarn to 8 or 9.

Well, you have to lose monsters to get it out with ATK at all, and then you flip an opponent's monster to defense, and then if you are lucky enough to kill it you get one card back.

I was thinking that you could draw cards equal to the amount you discarded for the Summon.

Well I fixed them.

Beast now negate the effect of the monster that it target with its effect. Then Ucarn also allow you to get 1 monster from your grave to hand but i could go something like Dragonic Berserker's Draw effect.
