This is a thread where you can post cards that you wish to release in the next set, but cannot wait to post/need to write down.

I'll start, of course. Meet the Crystals/Quartzs.

When this card is Summoned, you can select 1 Monster Card in your opponent's Graveyard and remove it from play, then remove 1 "Clear" counter on this card. This card gains the ATK, DEF, type, name, and Attribute of the selected monster. This card cannot attack.|

|Crystal Nightmare C-X|0||Spellcaster/Effect|Light|1||0|0|When this card is Summoned, place 1 "Clear" token on it. Monsters with "Clear" tokens on them are treated as having no Attribute or Type. When this card is Summoned, you can select 1 Monster Card your opponent controls, then remove 1 "Clear" counter from this card. This card gains the ATK, DEF, Type, Name, and Attribute of the selected monster. This card cannot attack.|

|Crystal Absorber|0|102|Spellcaster/Effect|Light|1||0|0|When this card is Summoned, place 1 "Clear" counter on it. Monsters with "Clear" counters on them are treated as having no Attribute or Type. When this card is Summoned, you can select 1 "Crystal" monster you control and 1 monster your opponent controls. Switch their ATK, DEF, Type, Attribute, and effect. This cards ATK is equal to the number of "Quartz" monsters you control x1000.|

|Quartz Lurker 1-100|0||Spellcaster/Effect|Light|1||1000|1000|When this card is Normal Summoned, select 1 "Crystal" monster on the field and equip it to this card. This card gains the Attribute, Type, and Effect of the equipped monster. This card also gains ATK equal to the equipped monster's ATK.|

|Quartz Sculptor 2-99|0||Spellcaster/Effect|Light|1||1000|1000|Once per turn, select 1 monster that has been selected by a "Crystal" monster's effect this turn. This card gains ATK equal to the selected monster's ATK.|

|Quartz Brightdream 3-98|0||Spellcaster/Effect|Light|6||2300|0|Once per turn, select 1 monster your opponent controls that has ATK equal to 1 monster you control and equip it to this card. This card gains ATK equal to the DEF of the equipped monster.|

|Crystal Cave|0|SPEM|Spell Card|Spell||Field|||Once per turn, if both players control at least one monster of the same Attribute, the player that controls this card can apply 1 of the following effects to his/her opponent depending on the Attribute of the two monsters: LIGHT- Special Summon 1 "Crystal" monster from your hand. DARK- Special Summon 1 "Quartz" monster from your hand. FIRE- Select 1 "Crystal" monster on the field. Flip it face-down. Then, Flip Summon it. WATER- Destroy 1 "Crystal" monster you control and Special Summon 1 "Quartz" monster from your deck. WIND- Destroy 1 "Quartz" monster you control and Special Summon 1 "Crystal" monster from your deck. EARTH-Send 1 Spell or Trap to the graveyard.|

Basically, the Crystals give you field-holding power until you can get out any Quartz, who take advantage of the Crystal's effects to ruin your opponent's strategies. 1-100 combos well with B-Y, because B-Y has a large range of controllable targets for 1-100 to benifiet from.

*8 or more all monsters on the field and in the Graveyard are treated as Tuner monsters.

As long as this card is face up on the field all non-"x1" monsters in both players hands decks Extra Decks Graveyards and Remove from play piles are treated as Tuner monsters. Once per turn you can remove from play one "x1" card in your hand or Graveyard to negate the Special Summon of a Tuner monster and remove from play that monster and all copys of that monster from the field hand and Graveyard. Once per turn you can select one removed from play monster card and this card gains that cards effect(s) untill the end of your turn then return the select monster back to the owners deck.

Effect-During battle between an attacking "x1" monster and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of the attacking "x1" monster, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent.

Name-x1's Decree
Type-Continuous Trap
Effect-You can only activate this card while you control a face up "x1" monster. As long as this card is on the field Negate the effects of all Tuner monsters that activate in the hand Graveyard and removed from play pile and destroy them.

Name-March of the x1
Type-Continuous Spell
Effect-When you declare an attack with an "x1" or an "x2" monster you can activate one of the following effects.
* Negate the attack target monsters effect.
* Destroy the attacking monster and Special Summon two monsters with the same level and Attribute as the destroyed monster with their Atk and Def haved. These monsters cannot be used for a Synchro Summon.
* If you have activated both of the above effects then you can tribute this card and two "x1" monsters you control to Special Summon one "9 x1" from your hand or Graveyard ignoring the summoning conditions.

This is what can make us beat Tommers, btw.

Mezzo Countdown
Normal Spell
Add 1 "Mezzo" monster from your deck to your hand. Send 1 "Mezzo" monster from your Deck to your Graveyard. Draw 1 card. You can remove this card from play in your Graveyard to add 1 "Mezzo" monster from your Graveyard to your hand. When this card is in the Removed from Play zone, you can Special Summon 1 "Mezzo Helper" token from your Graveyard in face up defence position. (Mezzo Helper/Tuner/0/0/Fairy/LIGHT/3) When a
"Mezzo Token" card is destroyed, place 1 "Timed Out" counter on this card. When this card has a "Timed Out" counter on it, it cannot activate its effects.

Seems like an interesting idea, but they lack mass counter gain. Too slow for the meta.
