Suggested Revision:

Up to 3 times per turn, you can change the Attribute and/or Type of a monster in either player's Graveyard. While this card is in the Graveyard, it is treated as all other Attributes and all other types.

That seems pretty dangerous... and is probably going to cause broken combos.

I think twice per turn would be fine, but thrice with the all type/attribute grave thing just seems scary.

Twice per turn is okay.

So, added Twice Per turn to the list.
