Fix is reasonable, but the only problem why not: DA needs crappy filler cards for commons

DA does NOT need crappy filler cards as commons. It needs goodish/average filler cards, but better rares and awesome secret rares, you know? Make every pack bought count in some manner.

That was like when they stuffed Bright Castle and Dark Rabbit into Stardust Overdrive. Even if it helped fill space, it's still paying for crap you will never use, ever.

Or where they stuffed Diabolic Servant or whatever his face as a rare in Phantom Darkness. Horrible as hell, but still a rare.
