1 EARTH monster + 1 LIGHT monster. Once per turn: When a card is flipped face-up or revealed; draw 1 card. When this card is sent to the Graveyard: target 1 card in your opponent's hand, it is sent to the Graveyard.

when a card is revealed as part of cost/effect it will draw

when a set monster is flip summoned or attacked it will draw

when a set s/t is activated it will draw
