Do we have any Decks that can make use of this card? I also like that it has 1800 so it can hold its own on the field.

you missed the pyro plaguespreader. Anyway, i think i'll try this in Meteoros(since iirc they are Pyros).

just run 3 in a pyro-theme deck with volcano controller. you can dump cacus for summoning cost, and having monsieur inferno as well means controller is nigh-unkillable and capable of summoning most monsters in deck
