When this card is selected as an attack target, activate 1 of the following effects: -Increase your Life Points by 650. -Discard 1 card and add 1 Psychic-type monster in your Deck to your Hand.

So, to Special Summon, you first have to lose 3 cards? You don't really need it to discard to Special Summon. Other effects seem ok but random LP gain.

Almost conditionless SS from Deck? Eek. Maybe a restriction on any other SS's that turn.

Well, it's a positive Psy-Swap target, but that's it. If you consider that a Synchro Summon is usually a 2-for-1 investment, this effect would cost you another card that does nothing but slightly tweak LP. If you want a discard effect to be worth considering, it should be able to sway the balance of the game in a direct fashion.

When this card is destroyed, increase your Life Points by 600. While this card is in your Graveyard, you can banish it to add 1 card in your Graveyard to your Deck. If it was a Psychic-type monster, pay 800 Life Points and destroy 1 card on the Field.

ATK modifier is ok, but more LP focused stuff is boring :v

Wide range of targets and revenge killing mixed in? Seems OP. IT'S A QUICKPLAY TOO HOLY HELL THIS THING IS BROKE.

It'd be a decent control card if it lasted a while longer, otherwise it's a -2 with a couple of ways around it. There ought to be a way to regain the advantage, and something more tangible than LP gain if your opponent works around it.

Draw effect seems fair. I would just drop the discard cost though. 700 lp for -1 is probably not worth it.

For cycling psychics you can destroy a card. This is a cool card.

Ok, awesome name. Card is highly similar to Psychic Commander. This would be a solid pseudo-tuner.

I think up the lP cost for the destruction effect to 1000. Psychics gain quickly, anyway.

Aww, this would be so much cooler if the ATK restriction was gone D: I think it'd be balanced since you are less likely to draw those higher-level monsters anyway.

Ok, cool stuff. Tribute material is fair and the destruction effect is fair.

Sweet card. Leaves your field empty, but that is some good search power. Could be used with Coursena.

Suggest making it End Phase, they can skip their Main Phase 2. Last sentence confuses me, you mean if the opponent declared an attack in the battle phase previous to when you activated the card?
