Nerfed and Boosted "Fate of Wrath" so it would not be a better Eccentric Electron

Boosted "Living Book of Fate" a little

EDIT: Testing forced me to boost Twisted Fate-Master a Little

Cool archetype and yet another reason Junk Salvage is limited Razz

Only concern is the thought of The Secret Book of Fate adding 3 Greed and 1 Protection to your hand. However i don't think it's anything to immediately worry about, since it's mostly stall tactics. Just might be a burn / chaos deck enabler? Only time would tell.

anyways coo'
