|Spell-Bounded Mudman|???|????|Spell Card|Spell||Continuous|||After activation, Special Summon this card; It is treated as an Effect Monster Card (Rock-Type/Earth/Level 4/ATK 1800/DEF 1000). (This card is still treated as a Spell Card.) You cannot Special Summon a monster(s) except this card during the turn you activate this card. While this card is treated as an Effect Monster, When this card destroy a monster by battle, Set that monster in your opponent's Spell & Trap Card Zone as a Spell Card after Damage Calculation. |

|Crazy-Tongue Croaking Frog|???|????|Spell Card|Spell||continuous|||After activation, Special Summon this card; It is treated as an Effect Monster Card (Aqua-Type/Water/Level 4/ATK 1400/DEF 1600). (This is still treated as a Spell Card.) You cannot Normal Summon a monster(s) during the turn you activate this card. Whille this card is treated as an Effect Monster, when this card is Special Summoned, you can target 1 Spell/Trap Card from your opponent's Spell & Trap Card Zone and Set the target in the Monster Card Zone as a Monster (ATK/0/DEF/0). That target cannot be activated in response to this card's activation.|

The summoning drawbacks for them are fair. Both effects are very creative and awesome - Mudman can be used in Frozone and prevents it from hitting the grave. The Frog can work with Gator control - only thing is you should include Type, Attribute and Level too

oh i follow that part from Magical Hat that said (ATK 0/DEF 0) unless Konami revise the wording later
