I'm not quite sure how this card is supposed to work. Is it a Revolving Door Flip monster (like Guardian Sphinx) or a Flipdown Effect Monster?

Is this how it is supposed to be worded?

"Flip this card into face-down Defense Position: Each player discard 3 cards, then draw 3 cards."

pretty much this is one of the ways.
