You're not annoyed by the fact that a Condition (Once per turn) should go before the effect per OCG rules, and they just broke their own rule?

I'm pretty sure everyone here would know the difference, but on YCM they don't even know what the fuck "sum of the remaining ATK" is. Plus, I don't think we need to use all of Konami's OCG, especially when some of it has been questionable, and takes up unnecessary amounts of card text (stops mini-text from appearing on YCM cards anyway)

I agree with allowing people to change format of cards if they want, like how we added the term Mill. Good idea Sea. And if someone doesn't want to use it, they don't have to.

How about we start adopting MTG-like keywords while we at it?

Yeah I do agree, perhaps mill was good enough.

We'll use them when we see a need to, like with Mill. Currently I don't see any needs for keywords, just rephrases of OCG to shorten text.

I also think Soup was being sarcastic.

At any rate I don't think we need those terms

If we need to shorten anything, I'd say we need to shorten Gemini monsters like we did for some Unions

Gemini monsters take up much more text than strictly necessary

Dyl is right, I was being sarcastic.

It'll be a pain to reword everything, and if we just use the keyword for newer cards, the duality of wording might prove to be quite a pain for rulings.

Geminis could do fine with something like ''GEMINI:(insert effect here)'' since all geminis is quite similar.

We did the same for spirits that were pretty by-the-book with their effects, and then allowed them full card text if it was altered in a manner.

So for the customized or non-generic Geminis they can retain the subtype text, while the others can use a shortened phrase or something.

I don't understand the reasoning behind excavate?

To only mean reveal from the deck and effects that do something to them while currently revealed but meh, it like they want to leave reveal for hand and field and leave that for deck only.

All excavate are reveal, but not all reveal is excavate.

They should've put 'Drive Check X cards' instead.
