As we all know this area is for changing effects to make them more balanced or implementing rulings so a card like TCGs Catastor doesn't kill a whole field. As of late though, card changes aren't happening even if some one has posted a change to it, even if the said person is the creator of the card. So to make things easier on everybody get an approved effect/change, aka an effect/change that three or more members agree on that the change has been posted for at least 48 hours and fill out the following form. And prehaps we can get these changes and edits done. K thx in advance.

good luck getting people to agree upon a fix

it literally never happens. i'd be more willing to change cards if people would give some sort of inclination that doing so is in everybody's interests
