Collective rules for set submissions?

What are the complete set of restrictions?
-How many cards for a new archtypes?
-How many cards to support an old archtype?
-do LV and RK monsters count as an Archtype?
-Is subtype support considered archtype support?

and anything else you can think of discuss here.

archetypes has always been 10 new cards max while i've been in charge

i usually set a guideline of like 5 at most for archetype support

lv and rk don't really count as archetypes so long as they keep generic-ish

subtype isn't archetype, but don't overdo it and completely over-centralize the sub-type into one deck type because that's practically the same thing. scheath.
