Once per turn: You can send 1 WATER monster from your hand to target 2 Set Spell/Trap Cards; they cannot be activated. your opponent cannot activate Spell/Trap Card in response to this card's activation.|

|Frozen Lucifer|???|????|Fairy/Effect|Water|7||2500|0|Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Revealing 4 WATER monsters from your hand except this card. Any WATER monster would be destroy and sent from the field to the Graveyard: Shuffle it into the Deck and then they must add 1 WATER monster from the Deck to the hand with a different name. While this card is face-up, an opponent's monster that destroyed a WATER monster you control cannot attack or activate its effects.|

Once per turn: you can apply one of these effects: -:Discard 1 WATER monster and target 1 WATER monster in your Graveyard; Special 1 monster from your Deck with the same name, then shuffle that target into the Deck. -:Shuffle 1 face-up WATER monster you control into the Deck; send 1 WATER monster with a different name from your Deck to the Graveyard, then add 1 WATER monster with a different name than the shuffled monster and the sent monster. -:Send 1 WATER monster from your hand and 1 WATER monster from your Deck to the Graveyard to target 2 cards your opponent controls. Those targets cannot be activated, changed Battle Position except by a card effect and they cannot declare an attack.|

When this card in your hand is revealed; it is treated as 2 WATER monsters with a different name. Once per turn: You can banish 2 WATER monster from your Graveyard to target 1 WATER monster in your Graveyard; Special Summoned that target.|

adding this

|Frozen Hermes|???|????|Spellcaster/Spirit/Effect|Cannot be Special Summoned.During the End Phase of the turn this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up: Return it to the hand. When this card is Normal Summoned or Flipped face-up while you control no non-WATER monsters: Activate one of these effects: -:Add 1 WATER monster from your Deck except "Frozen Hermes". -:Tribute this card; Add 2 WATER monsters from your Deck with different names except "Frozen Hermes".|
