When this card battle with a monster, after the Damage Step; That monster lose ATK and DEF equal to the difference between this card's ATK and that monster's ATK.|

So you must use effects to kill it off since Battle isn't a prominent priority.

Yeah but because it's a netherwyrm "dragon" it actually more immunity than just battle as it's a deathless monster but still I only regard to battle as I have seen it not died in a battle in a game
