Any way to fit in Tidal Eel into the Tidal's extra deck?
Also I would like to see your take on a deck with Ionized Angler, Ceraunozoa and the Eccentric Archetype, which I couldn't find enough cards for. If it's good enough, though.

there are 2 tidal eel in the tidal extra deck, its a little low in the list

can't be done, it is literally a hashed together bunch of semi-related cards that mostly clog, dead-draw or just don't do enough.
