Spell Card/Normal
Draw 1 card from your deck.

A guaranteed +0 with absolutely no drawback.

Let's discuss this card. Is this overpowered? breakable? bad? what are your opinions?

[not a real submission, below is the real submission]

Vainglorious Payoff
Spell Card
[Normal]
This card can only be activated during Main Phase 1, and it's effect can only originate from the activation of this card. Draw 1 card.

* "and it's effect can only originate from the activation of this card." = The card effect cannot be re-activated with the help of Spell or Trap cards, and effect monsters cannot simulate the activation of this card (think Diamond Dude). The effect cannot be copied during the opponent's turn or in a phase that is not your Main Phase 1. In other words, any situation that is not "take card from hand, place on field to be activated, then sent to graveyard" cannot be used with this card.

Thanks to this it can help future card effect circumventors from getting too friendly with drawcards.

even though it's a weaker PoG, it would still fit the LCCG's standard of being banned, whether or not it's to submit here but w/e.

Vainglorious Payoff - so it's effect cannot be copied off from other card's to re-activate the effect, and it can only be activated and come from the original named card. i guess it would work. but let see how it goes

Well if not overpowered, it is bad card design and not good for the game. Basically makes a 37-card limit which I do not see the purpose of.

It's a good restriction idea but still I have the same thoughts about this card as the hypothetical draw card. Why would the game need this?
