very bland in the effect, and the synchro will be hard to summon since you will need 2 of level 3 scarlet monster along with the tuner and it total of 2600 ATK + 500 = 3100 :/ maybe the requirement is "Scarlet Cosmic Matter" + 2 or more non-tuner "Scarlet monsters :/
