Extra Deck-based Summon circumvention is not a good idea in my opinion. Especially for Level 8+ monsters.

You need to specify if the Djinns act as fusions substitutes, like Ruby Chameleon.

Ok, well I think you need to add "The other fusion materials must be the correct ones."
Otherwise grave dumping any 2 = instant access to any fusion monster with 2 materials, plus the bonuses.
