Elite Spearfighter's effect is too good for a Lv 4. So I say bump it up to Lv 5 or 6 and incress it's ATK
With Cheerful World you mean • FIRE: Inflict 500 damage to your opponent's Life Points. ???right???
Divine Judge infitintly comes back which equals unending stall if you can negate the battle damage but then agin that is what I like best about it.

Well for Elite Spearfighter, you can remove this effect and then it will be on similar standards as Two-Sword Marauder, just a better version without a kind-of-very-horrible drawback. Then being a Level 4 would be more okay.You can banish this card in your Graveyard to select 1 Warrior-Type monster you control. It gains 500 ATK and inflicts Piercing Battle Damage, until the End Phase.
