Whoa, I didn't even know Arcanastorm could resist Nox and Extortion. Awesome.

This looks really good. The only suggestions I would make are:

* Stuff your extra deck with Rank 3s.
* Take out 1 Circle of Mind and Magic for 1 more Mind and Magic - Charge
* Take out 1 Arcane Commander for 1 Cryogenic Head, it goes really well with Secret Agenda
