Name-The Circus of Insanity
Cont. Spell
Effect-Once per turn, during your End Phase when a Level 3 or lower Dark monster you control is destroyed by your card effect you can return that card to the bottom of your deck and Draw cards equal to the destroyed monsters level. There can only be 1 face-up "The Circus of Insanity" on the field. If there is more than 1 due to a cards effect the newest played card is sent to the Graveyard. If this card would be destroyed you can instead banish 2 Dark monsters from your Grasveyard.

During either players turn your opponent can discard 2 cards from there hand to negate this effect and incress the negated monsters atk by 800. When this card is discarded due to a card effect treat this cards level as any level 1-8.

i feel that there are many ways to abuse the first one.
For the last effect of the second one, what does it means?

otherwise, feels not insane enough. Mad draws from the first one but nothing else, and the second one is too easy to be removed from the field.

but quite good, i might said, sadly insane pierrot is still the most insane card here.

Pierrot is indeed the most insane but they are Pierrot Support on the none cheating side.

Too much draw IMO. The restriction is good but there are easy ways to destroy your monsters (ray of annihilation, feedback wave) netting you 3 cards. The bolded part is implied and not necessary, the "mechanics" of the game will destroy the new one automatically

This is like the ultimate stall card. Unable to be destroyed by battle and unaffected by card effects. I'm not gonna rely on the opponent to have a Level 1 that can destroy this in battle just in case. Just put this in defense position and you're like set for game....

Oh, oops. Nevermind.

Also it isn't uneffected by all card effects, reread the bold. You would need two for that, and even then the simplest Xyz can run over them.
