Interesting to see what this would work on...

Passive Aggressive Vengeance
Trap/Normal
Activate this card when a monster your opponent controls is sent to the Graveyard: Special Summon all monsters who were destroyed in battle or by the effect(s) of that monster to your side of the field.
I really like this card, and its name. But I feel it could be improved: something like "Select 1 Monster in your opponent's Graveyard....

Unrelenting Force
Spell/Normal
Send 1 card your opponent controls to the top of their deck. You cannot activate Spell Cards until your next End Phase.
Hmm, good.

Chains of Soul Defiling
Spell/Quickplay
Activate this card when a card effect activates that would negate a monster's Summon: You gain Life Points equal to that monster's total combined ATK and DEF.
Would be better if it was treated as Spell Speed 3, most negating effects are counters.

Soulrend Chasm
Spell/Field
Cards sent to the Graveyard have their effects negated, cannot be removed from the Graveyard, and are treated as having no card type or name.
Meh, It's interesting but I wouldn't run it.

Rising from The Demon's Ashes
Trap/Normal
Banish 3 Fiend-type Monsters in your Graveyard: Special Summon 1 Fairy-type Monster from your Graveyard.
Running more than one type is hard enough, maybe make it 2? Being a trap hurts it anyway.

Falling from the Angel's Embrace
Trap/Normal
Banish 3 Fairy-type Monsters in your Graveyard: Special Summon 1 Fiend-type Monster from your Graveyard.
same

Darwin's Resolution
Trap/Normal
Banish 3 Beast-type Monsters in your Graveyard: Special Summon 1 Warrior-type Monster from your Graveyard.
same

Lichlord's Travesty
Spell/Normal
Select 1 monster your opponent controls: inflict damage to your Life Points equal to the DEF of that monster, and destroy it.
I like it, punishes low DEF, seems fair

Force Summon
Spell/Normal
Pay 2000 Life Points: Your opponent Special Summons all monsters in their hand to their side of the field. If monsters in their hand cannot be Special Summoned by this card, or there is no unoccupied Card Zones for them to be Summoned in, they are destroyed.
Worth a shot, but would be wicked with field clearers like Magog. Still, the combo seems fair.

Ay Di Ech Di
Spell/Normal
Both players draw 1 card, discard 1 card, draw 1 card, discard 1 card, draw 1 card, discard 1 card, and draw 1 card.
Weirdness. Cool card, staple for mill?

Rasputinian Return
Spell/Quickplay
Select 1 monster in your Graveyard that has been sent to the Graveyard more than twice during this duel: Special Summon it; it gains an extra 500 ATK and DEF for each time it was sent to the Graveyard.
I get the reference, finally! But.... it has to be sent at least 3 times? Make it 2 and we'll talk.

Funny, Rising from The Demon's Ashes, and Falling from the Angel's Embrace for my submissions next set are going to have quite a bit of signifcance.

Love Ay Di Ech Di an unpredictable Graceful Charity that punishes a small hand.

Also Rasputinian's Return + Trick Rabbit ='s Profit

Soulrend Chasm............I think you just killed everyone of my favorite decks...........Also makes Gemini's compleatly Unplayable.

Geminis that rely on the Graveyard, well, anything that relies on named cards in the Graveyard, yeah.

And with Rasputinian Return, cards like Snake of the Mayans and Moroi who constantly leave and enter the graveyard during the duel benefit most from this card. Once they become available for this card's effect they already gain 1500+ ATK and DEF, and it increases as they frequently return.

You are correct about the Chains of Soul Defiling.

For Gemini Monsters "While this card is face-up, you can Normal Summon it to have it gain the following effect:"

Calamitous Searfried "Once per turn: you can Tribute 1 face-up FIRE Monster you control:"

Spirit of Pelee "You can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard"

Ah I see. I thought zombies could use it but I wasn't sure what card or how effective it would be x3

this card have fair quality of locking down optional effects while mandatory effects still goes on.

Passive Aggressive Vengeance
Trap/Normal
Activate this card when a monster your opponent controls is sent to the Graveyard: Special Summon all monsters who were destroyed in battle or by the effect(s) of that monster to your side of the field.

this was seemly awkward but it will make us do record of them throughout the duel.

Unrelenting Force
Spell/Normal
Send 1 card your opponent controls to the top of their deck. You cannot activate Spell Cards until your next End Phase.

Fair trade.

Chains of Soul Defiling
Spell/Quickplay
Activate this card when a card effect activates that would negate a monster's Summon: You gain Life Points equal to that monster's total combined ATK and DEF.

summon negation are mostly and mainly by Counter traps so this would have to be counter trap, who know in the future there will be counter spells... o.o

Soulrend Chasm
Spell/Field
Cards sent to the Graveyard have their effects negated, cannot be removed from the Graveyard, and are treated as having no card type or name.

so now "Grave kills ya!" let's see anyone get the reference of this.

Rising from The Demon's Ashes
Trap/Normal
Banish 3 Fiend-type Monsters in your Graveyard: Special Summon 1 Fairy-type Monster from your Graveyard.

very meeeehhhh

Falling from the Angel's Embrace
Trap/Normal
Banish 3 Fairy-type Monsters in your Graveyard: Special Summon 1 Fiend-type Monster from your Graveyard.

same as above

Darwin's Resolution
Trap/Normal
Banish 3 Beast-type Monsters in your Graveyard: Special Summon 1 Warrior-type Monster from your Graveyard.

same as above x 2

Lichlord's Travesty
Spell/Normal
Select 1 monster your opponent controls: inflict damage to your Life Points equal to the DEF of that monster, and destroy it.

so a DEF form of Gift from Diabolus's effect and it's in Spell form, though High DEF isn't incredibly as common as High ATK but it can still make hefty damage when done right.

Force Summon
Spell/Normal
Pay 2000 Life Points: Your opponent Special Summons all monsters in their hand to their side of the field. If monsters in their hand cannot be Special Summoned by this card, or there is no unoccupied Card Zones for them to be Summoned in, they are destroyed.

interesting, so you will have to make those situations as common as possible.

Ay Di Ech Di
Spell/Normal
Both players draw 1 card, discard 1 card, draw 1 card, discard 1 card, draw 1 card, discard 1 card, and draw 1 card.

the hell is this? o.o

Rasputinian Return
Spell/Quickplay
Select 1 monster in your Graveyard that has been sent to the Graveyard more than twice during this duel: Special Summon it; it gains an extra 500 ATK and DEF for each time it was sent to the Graveyard.

this would well with those that self revive or so, all this do is just make a push to summon one of them again in the same turn.
