YVD Card Image Converter?

So, is there anyway to convert such a thing like this:

Without having to open up 4 different things and do a ton of manual work?

Like, an image converter that turns a picture into a 40x40 GIF, and allows you to inject it into the Xerocreative Images folder with the corresponding set you desire (in this example, ROPE)?

Sadly Lifespark was the one who have such program but it is not updated.
