Sure.

First I'd like to look at some existing S/T destruction or removal. Splitting Cut is the exact same as this card except with a 1000 LP cost. This is to make it less effective in slower, control-based decks. Swift Storm is for even faster decks where the bounce makes it so that it only allows a 1-turn effectiveness. Currently these allow for “alternative” S/T removal like Picking Pigeon, Trench Warfare, Surprise Vent, Lucrative Scroll Trade, etc. They are useful in their own deck.

The problem with Destructive Force is that it’s too universally versatile – although other forms of removal might be occasionally more useful the versatility of Destructive Force will win over all (except maybe Swift Storm in some cases). No, MST is not broken in the TCG but also is used very extensively, something I'm trying to avoid in the LCCG. Just for clarification, a huge emphasis is put on "Easy, Unconditional" and not really on the “1 for 1” part… cards can be 1 for 1’s or 1 for 2’s as long as they allow other options as viable ones. So, I think it would be best to instead of making a universal MST rather to split it up into a couple different cards… each with S/T removal but usable in their own deck.

Preacher of justice needs no tribute, and can destroy any two cards, without needing to meet any conditions. You could play it and then tribute it as a cost, and it would still destroy 2 cards.

How about you use it with All Hallows Eve, and destroy 2 cards per turn?

While Preacher of Justice is clearly far too powerful, I do like Micro "C".

Keeper of the Arsenal may need to say "Tribute 1 other monster you control", so that the keeper itself can't be used like a Lonefire Blossom to instantly have any monster from your deck you want. I'll leave that ruling up to Sea or Leo, though, since I can't be certain whether that would be too powerful or not. I'm just pointing it out.

Exactly. Or Demonic Possession, where you destroy 2 cards and take control of a monster. Plus it's searchable by Electro Lynx and comes in 2's with Half-Life. That way you could tribute them both for something big and destroy 4 cards. Yay.

Hmm, I think we should leave that up to testing since i'm not so sure how much impact it would make.

First of all, it's a Warrior with an Earth attribute. That makes it searchable. Second of all, you can use All Hallow's Eve to make it return TWO CARDS from the field to the hand. It's a Level 1 with 200 ATK. It needs restrictions to make it balanced.

Sarcasm doesn't really work well over the internet...

The problem with the card is that you can destroy 2 cards at no cost whatsoever. Just throw the Preacher in defense mode, and that's enough to clear out two of the opponent's cards, as well as block an attack like any other monster would. There are no conditions, no costs, no catches. It's just free super destruction. On top of that, it doesn't say when destroyed by an opponent's card, and it doesn't even say when destroyed. Removed from the field is one of the easiest triggers possible, because no only does it involve destruction and tributing, but also being returned to the hand. Every time it goes back to your hand, its effect triggers, and you've got a chance to reuse it. You don't even need some specific card to return a monster.
