Apocalypse Valkyrie, Need help...

So a quick Q. Can you use on summon effects still like Automatic Turret-Cannon. Or ae they blown up at the same time because she says when they are NS or SS meaning they have to be summoned so in my mind this means you still get the option but I've been wronge b4 just an idea technically this is a ruleing but I don't feel like moving this topic for the. Seventh time on the iPad so yah need some help here.

since lccg has retained ignition effect priority, if it is a case of ignition priority on those monsters then yes.
if it is a mandatory trigger (i.e) when this card is normal summoned, perform X action
rather than
when/if this card normal summoned, you can perform x action
then it is also yes
