I like the second one, but the 2 card limit kind of bugs me.

well Sea just duel test and he end the duel while resulting 13000 LP and prolly even used this card before finishing the duel.

If any, that prolly how much he may draw when using this, so limiting to 4 may not make much change either.

I guess any more than 2 is unlikely, so maybe the limit doesn't need to be there afterall.
