Primer Imp

FIRE

[Fiend/Effect] During your Main Phase, you can Tribute this card; the summon of the next monster either player summons is negated and the monster is destroyed. During the End Phase of a turn a monster's summon was negated and destroyed, Special Summon this card to your side of the field.
It's kind of like Doomcaliber Knight, except for Summoning and not Effect activation. And you probably will negate your own summon.

Maybe worth a try. The massive heal may scare some people but it's improbable, and lengthening your life is about all it can do right now. The only concern is a possible combo with Blood Sap, but who knows.

Ruv it. Very interesting, and I think we should point out that this card shares wordings with Rai-Oh (I just learned about this, lol). If an effect activates that summons a monster upon resolution, this card cannot negate that summon. So I guess you can get around this with cards like Isis' Last Wish

There was a lot of level 1 support in our old ccg, and one of my friends made this card absolutely evil.
