When this card is Tribute Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 Level 2 monster from your hand.

Almost useless. Pretty much it's sole niche is that it's the strongest monster Aquatic Apprentice can bring out. So I say it requires a buff.

Since no-one is forthcoming with ideas, perhaps:

"When this card is Tribute Summoned, Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower non-Tuner (Beast/Beast-Warrior?) monster from your hand or Graveyard"

B/BW is a possibility for those who feel it shouldn't be a generic one card Synchro. Y/N?

When this card is Tribute Summoned, Special Summon one Level 2 or lower non-Tuner Beast monster from your hand or Graveyard. When that Monster is summoned, you may activate its effect, regardless of its requirements.

(or something along those lines, to try and open more opportunities for combo's)

Tis not a 1card synchro : it requires a tribute.
When this card is Tribute Summoned, Special Summon one monster from your Graveyard whose ATK is equal to or less than half this card's ATK.
