Refueling looks like it might be dead a lot, I'd maybe neg it for an extra Blast and a Scrap Destruction.
Maybe 2 Meddler of Chaos? Sets up your RFG for Wave and provides nice advantage.
If not, Ampule can add more consistency if necessary.
