Lockfest, lockfest, lockfest... We can nerf the materials all we want, but new ways to get tributes will keep coming... Here's the card, btw :
Shiva:
Ice Spirit, Shiva of the Frozen World
Attrib: Water
Type: Spellcaster/Spirit/Effect
Level:9
Atk: 2800
Def: 2600
This card cannot be Special Summoned. During the End Phase of the turn that this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up, return it to its owner’s hand. This card can only be Tribute Summoned by Tributing 3 monsters you control. This Summon cannot be negated and Monster Effect cannot be activated until the End phase. When this card return to your hand, your opponent skips their turn and your opponent draw 1 card.
I propose making the turn skip effect once per duel.

you make it once per duel, then it's completely unplayable if you have to do it to this card then you have to do to Ifrit and Valefor as well, another thing it was already nerfed by sea and other so it can't get any nerfed as it is otherwise it be unplayable at all :/

once per duel turn skip is unplayable? confused

I don't like the turn skip effect, once per duel or not. 1 free turn puts the game easily in the users favor.

I want the turn skip gone personally.

A dedicated deck could easily get the necessary tributes.

once per duel turn skip is unplayable?
Yes, because it would take 3 monsters to activate it. Not worth it at all.

I propose making the turn skip effect once per duel.
I don't like neutering cards.

Perhaps instead of a turn skip (which is nigh impossible to break for most decks, which I don't mind), It limits the player to Draw Phase, Main Phase 1, and End Phase.

It's last effect isn't any good though. Negating 2 effects and disabling attacking on them probably isn't worth 3 tributes, no matter how easy they are. The only good thing about said effect is that it lasts longer than one turn. I want to keep the idea of turn limiting to it's effect, so it can be a very good lockdown/control card, I just can't think of a way to do this without making it suck or making it overpowered.
