Resolved & Locked
Remove ANY card on the field from play. Nope, not destroy. Remove from play.
Nope, not just monsters. not just spells. not just face-ups. Not just face-downs. There are no specifics to meet, no requirements, no restrictions. Just remove whatever the hell you want from play.
You don't have to discard unless the effect goes through, so if it's negated your opponent loses nothing. It doesn't even really have a cost at all.
Not even closely tied to the Interdimensionals except in the name, and the fact that others can use it.
Something needs to be done about it, it's too strong. I love it and it becomes useful in so many instances, but I can't fathom what I could possibly make that would be better for my archetypes to use that wouldn't be stupidly overpowered, or merit it's use over Interdimensional Treaty.

Suggestion:
Banning if effect is kept.
alternatively:
Therefore it would fall under the same ruling as Dark World Lightning, meaning you can't activate it when you don't have a card in your hand to fulfill the conditions of the other effect.
Removal of any Spell Trap cards has also been removed.

alternatively:
"Select 1 monster card on the field and remove it from play, and after that, select 1 card from your hand and discard it."

Here's an idea, a variant on yours though.
"Banish 1 card in your hand. Banish 1 card on the field."
This gives it the banish as a cost - and also makes a less effective "grave dumper".

But it still removes from play ANY card on the field...which is too much for a Normal Spell and a discard.

After the tourney, yes, unless there are any other dissenting voices.
