You control "Life Points cannot be increased."
What would be the result in your eyes?
- The 2000 Life Point effect would go off because the life points aren't being increased and the opponent's continuous effect is changing it to reduction.
- Nothing happens because you control "Life Points cannot be increased" which would prevent the "2000 Life Point" effect of ever working, enabling the damage inverter to invert the life points into reduction.
that is true it's doesn't work if the life points cannot be increased if those two are continuous cards that is but if they are trigger then it apply differently in a order. pretty much the "life points cannot be increased" overrules the "When your opponent increases their Life Points, reduce their Life Points by the same amount" firstly before the "Your opponent gain life points" began to apply thus being negated at the same time.
