Book of Moon: Aside from recycling Mask of Darkness and other Flip Effect monsters, why is this limited?

Foolish Burial: Is the reason its limited because it can send any monster, for basically free?

Compulsory Evacuation Device: I don't get why it's limited. Too powerful vs. Synchros/Xyzs?

@Moon, No idea. It's really versatile yes, but it's not strong enough. Players have been asking for this to return since it went back to limited.

@CED. Too versatile. After the dragon format, people started to realize its massive potential. Also, the removal of heavy also helps its case to be limited.

book of moon is the most versatile card ever and has been mained in nearly every format possible. it is ridiculously strong and i think rightly limited
